Guidelines to follow, and one stop Support

Your Workstation 

  • Do not install applications without getting approval from your manager
  • Let us do the installs (many installs come with excess baggage)
  • Lock your workstation if you get up from your desk
  • Lock or sign out of your workstation when you leave work, do not turn it off (we sometimes do maintenance after hours and may need access)
  • Any new hardware (monitors, mouse and keyboard, etc.) will need manager approval

Email

It is a dangerous time in corporate email, please be aware at all times.


  • Do not use you company email for personal use
  • Beware of spam, scams and phishing (run it by us if you are unsure)
  • Do not click on any links that are unsolicited
  • If it looks fake, it most likely is - Delete it

Reliable Support

Our support team is here to ensure everything runs smoothly. When requesting support, we will need your computer name. (to find this mouse over the blue GT icon on the bottom task bar) Send us exactly what is happening at the time of the issue. (screenshots and error messages are helpful)
